This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Due to the size of our company we are only able to deliver most small packages and all big items are collected in person or if a pre arrangement is made by headoffice.
Delivery charges and delivery time will be specified by the company we use for delivery or if ANO will be delivering an email or a phone text message will be sent to notify the customer of an estimation of delivery time and an actual delivery price. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. ANO shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange with within 14 days of receiving it. All we ask is the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn except for tried on for fit and sizing, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please return with the invoice that was sent with your purchase noting the reason for return. This will make it easier for us to deal with the return quickly. We only refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty, for all other returns we do not refund delivery costs or original P&P paid. There is no need to notify us of a return or request it within this period. Just send it back using the instructions on the invoice. Any purchased items which have not been collected within 5 working day/agreed time and for which we have not received any communication from the buyer for 14 days will be considered as a donation to the charity. The item/s and the payment for the item/s will be forfeited and be absorbed by the charity.
